welcome to the creative page! below are two resumes. one is my acting resume formatted for that industry. it's a snapshot of mostly independent projects i was involved in in the lead-up to signing a commercial acting contract in nyc; it goes all the way back to my work in harrisonburg years earlier. it offers a loose framework of how and where i expanded my mostly community-based efforts in harrisonburg to a professional level in nyc. the second resume references some of that journey more specifically while also including examples of conventional jobs where i used creative skills, spontaneously and by design.

my goal for this page is to tell another part of my story that i believe adds to and enhances what you read on the experience page. creatively speaking, there's little to me that matches being a performer and making others laugh. i am certainly comfortable in front of people, can offer public speaking skills, the ability to think on my feet, writing/editing skills, and a generally creative bent that allows for visualizing ways to enhance environments and products.
